DESCRIPTION:
Automatic charger with electronic control of the charging current and floating charge maintenance with equalization program to rebalance the voltage of the battery elements.
This charger is also ideal for traction batteries.
CHARGING TYPE: CHARGING PHASE 1: the current is constant up to 95% of the charge
CHARGING PHASE 2: the battery charger switches to constant voltage and charging up to 100% is complete
EQUALIZATION PHASE: the battery charger balances the voltage between the battery elements.
MAINTENANCE PHASE: the charger switches to the floating condition and maintains a fixed voltage of approximately 75% of the end-of-charge one
TYPES OF BATTERIES THAT RECHARGE:
WET: lead batteries in which the positive and negative plates are immersed in an aqueous solution of sulfuric acid. I can be airtight or equipped with caps for maintenance. This type of battery is the most used in the automotive sector.
AGM: lead acid batteries sealed with electrolyte immobilized in an absorbent material.
GEL: are lead-acid batteries in which the positive-negative plates are immersed in a gelatinous solution

floating: It can be kept connected to the battery for a long time, so as to always keep the battery ready for use.

guaranteed safety: designed to protect vehicle electronics: they do not create sparks, protected against polarity reversals and short circuits. The charging voltage is however free from interference and voltage peaks.
The battery can remain connected to the vehicle: it allows the battery to be charged directly in the vehicle's electrical system, without disconnecting the battery.
